Services

In addition to our regular classes and workshops, the following services are offered here at Kanyini Collective in Cooroy on the Sunshine Coast.

Counselling with Courtenay

Counselling

Counselling services will be available at the Collective from Tuesday, November 26th.

Courtenay is a qualified AASW accredited social worker with lived-experience of PTSD and trauma recovery.

Massage and Bodywork

Kanyini Collective offers a range of bodywork and massage options from our Cooroy location on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

From a gentle relaxation massage to targeted trigger point therapy, we offer something for everyone across a range of sessions either 60 or 90 minutes long.

Book over the phone during opening hours.

Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid Training workshops are offered monthly at the Collective in Cooroy on the Sunshine Coast. We can also arrange private sessions for groups of 6 or more people either here or at your location – conditions apply. Discounts available for group bookings of 6 or more.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is often used to help manage pain, reduce stress, overcome phobias, break unhealthy habits, and address issues like anxiety, stress or trauma.

Elleen Berger provides Clinical Hypnotherapy services at the Collective on Mondays and Saturday mornings.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP uses perceptual, behavioral, and communication techniques to make it easier for people to change their thoughts and actions by understanding how the language we use influences the way we think and the results we get.

Elleen also provides Neuro-Linguistic Programming services at the Collective on Mondays and Saturday mornings.

Bowen Therapy

Bowen Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that works on the soft connective tissue of the body.

Nicola Chaffey provides Bowen Therapy services at the Collective every Wednesday.

Spinal Flow

Spinal flow technique is a non-invasive therapeutic method that focuses on the body’s innate ability to heal itself. It’s designed to address the nervous system and spinal health by identifying and releasing blockages that may inhibit the body’s natural healing processes.

Nicola also provides Spinal Flow services at the Collective every Wednesday.

We’d love to expand the services that we bring to the community. If you’re a qualified wellbeing practitioner and would like to facilitate group programs or individual appointments at the Collective, please get in touch with us.
