This is a small, gentle class led by the highly-experienced Amanda Murfin. Suitable for all adult ages and abilities – thanks to the small class size we can easily accomodate different levels of skill. Attendance by donation.
This course equips adults with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise, understand and respond to a friend, family member, co-worker, or another adult, experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.
