In Sanskrit ‘Ha’ translates to Sun and ‘Tha’ translates to Moon. In Hatha Yoga the two components of body and breath are joined to prepare you for deep meditation.

When we have stillness of both body and mind we are able to enter a wonderfully relaxing state of meditation that leaves us refreshed and calm – better prepared to face the stresses of the world.
