As a qualified and AASW-accredited social worker with lived experience of PTSD and trauma recovery, I am committed to providing a compassionate, supportive space where service users of all ages and abilities feel seen, heard, and empowered.
My approach is rooted in strengths-based and empowerment practices, with a focus on helping service users recognise their resilience, skills, and potential for growth.
I believe that each person possesses unique strengths, and my goal is to help them uncover these strengths to foster self-empowerment and enhance their mental well-being.
With training in trauma-informed care, I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment that respects each service user’s experiences.
I understand how trauma can impact mental health, and l use strategies that prioritise safety, collaboration, and trust, allowing people to explore their past and present in ways that feel supportive.
Together, we work towards healing, self-acceptance, and personal growth.
Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I strive to empower my service users to develop greater resilience and coping strategies for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
